S039: How to Cultivate The Entrepreneurial Mindset
Building the entrepreneurial mindset takes time and a strong belief that it is possible. In this episode, I explained 3 simple ways you can use to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset.
In this episode, you will learn
- how focusing on self development can help you build the right mindset for entrepreneurship,
- how your social media handles can play an important role in this, and
- how to decide whether changing your location is all that you need to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset.
Who am I?
The first step to cultivating the entrepreneurial mindset is to be sure that you want to be an entrepreneur. And to decide if entrepreneurship is for you, you need to attack this question from the angle of optimism and honesty. While it is true that entrepreneurs can be made, not everyone should be an entrepreneur. Others just have a different purpose in life. Understanding what that purpose is is usually the difference between giving up and trying harder.
Location Location Location
Where we are play subtle, yet overpowering role on how we think. You would have to consciously fight this “subtle but overpowering” effect, if you are to think differently. Sometimes, it is smarter to change environment than to keep fight that environment. It saves a lot of energy, as you try to build the entrepreneurial mindset.
Again, building the entrepreneurial mindset is a process, and a life long one for that matter. And there is no success until you have started the journey.
Your way of thinking has to change for this journey to make any sense to you. Listening to this episode would help you simplify that process.
